What Is Valid Turnover
It's not your winnings. It's not your losses either. It's the total amount you've bet.
Valid turnover is the total value of bets that went through and were settled. Winnings don't count, your cash in doesn't count, and cancelled or void fights aren't counted. It's the basis of agent earnings, and it's also what any promo with a turnover requirement measures.
How it's counted
| Bet 1 | ₱100 on Meron — lost. Turnover: ₱100 |
|---|---|
| Bet 2 | ₱100 on Wala — won, received ₱190. Turnover: ₱100 |
| Bet 3 | ₱200 on Meron — fight cancelled. Turnover: ₱0 |
| Total | ₱200 in valid turnover — even though ₱400 went out and ₱190 came back |
Notice: the win and the loss added the same amount. Winning doesn't matter for turnover — what matters is that you bet and the fight was settled.
Three common misunderstandings
It's not your deposit
A ₱1,000 cash in is ₱0 turnover until you bet it.
It's not your winnings
What you bet is counted, not what you won. Win or lose, it counts the same.
It's not your losses
That's why an agent earns even when their player wins — it's based on turnover, not losses.
Turnover requirements on promos
When a bonus has a turnover requirement, you can't cash it out right away. You first have to reach the required total bets. Example math: a ₱100 bonus with a 5× requirement = ₱500 in total bets before you can withdraw.
