How to Log In to SWC

Short answer
Open the SWC link, enter the username and password you created when you registered, then tap LOGIN. If you forget your password, tap forgot password — the reset is sent to the mobile number you registered.

Not your birthday, not 123456. Your own password — never lend it.
If you're changing your SIM: password resets won't reach you anymore. Contact support or your agent before you switch.

When it still won't let you in
My password is right but it says it's wrong
Caps lock, an extra space at the end, or an old password saved in your browser. Type it in manually. If it still fails, try a different browser.
I forgot my username
It can't be reset like a password. Contact support inside the platform or your agent, and give them the mobile number you used to register.
Do I need an OTP?
Just your username and password to log in. The mobile number is for notifications and password resets.
Can I have two accounts?
Just one. A duplicate account can get you locked out and cause cash-out problems.
Is it safe to log in on another phone?
Yes, as long as you don't save your password there and you log out afterward.
